Ability

There is a great difference between saying something and implementing it.Most of all of us have the ability to do the talking.This can either be reporting facts,discussing opinions,criticising views and commenting on issues.This is done remarkably well by most of us.The problem is doing something about it,that is were we slack.
Someone ,anyone can sound smart or intelligent in their own way but that is just the sound of it not the beat of it.People criticise,complain curse and do anything about the situation in Zimbabwe but only a few do the actual beating of the drums.The few that do the beating face a thorough beating from criticisers.These are backbenchers who just sit around waiting to pounce when someone tries to make a change.Surprisingly,the majority of us are good at pouncing.
A lot of problems in Zimbabwe are directly a result of Zimbabweans themselves and then they shoulder blame on someone.Corruption is ripe even my little niece has to be tipped to go to class.This starts with us and should end with us.
We have to come together and deal with this situation.Countries like India,Japan,U.S,Russia,France,Britain you name them went through a period of depression.Life was hard for that generation and yet serious decisions were made to fix the situation.Child labour,convenient taxes,woman labour,food rationing,water rationing,electricity rationing and to some extent slavery.These were brutal methods used to build economies.Now Zimbaweans have been spoonfed for too long,so much that they take donor funds as a need rather than a means.
But not all are blind,Robert Mugabe has seen it all and stands guard on probably the rest of the continent because he stands for what is right.Some might want to coin him crazy but who does anything when a western leader goes into another country terrorises and massacres people in the name of democracy?,nobody.Like what they do here,they hear the news talk about it but then they do nothing about it,why? because they don't care.What is Zimbabwe to them anyways?Behold some people are waiting for the winning ticket for the lottery when Zimbabwe takes a nose-dive then they will jump under the guise of humanity and reap were they did not sow.Only a few like Mugabe are not too blind to not see that.
Every Zimbabwean should take lead and see where they are coming from and where they are going because as it is we are all standing on rocky ground.
